1. Services Provided

UpScaleYou offers customized digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

• Funnel & CRM System Setup

• Website Development

• Mobile & Web App Development

• YouTube and Content Management

• Ads Management (Google, Meta, YouTube)

• GMB Optimization

• Strategy Consultations and VIP Sessions

Each service may have specific timelines, deliverables, and processes, which will be outlined in your project scope or proposal.

2. Payments & Invoicing

All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment is required in advance unless stated otherwise. For recurring services, billing is on a monthly basis and will be automatically renewed unless canceled with proper notice (see Cancellation Policy).
Invoices are sent via Stripe, PayPal, or other authorized platforms.

3. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel ongoing monthly services with at least 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date.
For one-time projects, cancellation is permitted before work begins. If canceled after kickoff, the client is still responsible for the portion of the work completed.

We reserve the right to terminate any service or agreement in cases of:

• Non-payment

• Breach of terms

• Abuse or inappropriate conduct

4. Revisions & Scope

Each project includes a set number of revisions (typically 1–2 rounds unless otherwise stated). Additional changes outside the agreed scope will incur additional fees. Clear feedback and communication are expected to stay on timeline and within scope.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all deliverables after full payment has been received. UpScaleYou may showcase portions of completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All strategies, systems, or templates provided are proprietary and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written consent.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business confidentiality. Any information shared during onboarding, consultations, or project development will not be shared with third parties without your permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and necessary assets

• Responding to emails or messages for project approval

• Fulfilling agreed payment terms

Delays due to client inactivity may impact project timelines.

8. No Guarantees

While we aim for outstanding results, we do not guarantee specific income, traffic, or lead generation outcomes. Success depends on many external factors including your niche, market demand, consistency, and offer quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

UpScaleYou will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

10. Dispute Resolution

Should a dispute arise, we encourage you to reach out directly to hello@upscaleyou.com for resolution. By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to publicly defame or issue chargebacks without first seeking direct resolution with our team.

11. Modifications to These Terms

UpScaleYou reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date.
