Thank you for choosing UpScaleYou for your business growth journey. Our goal is to offer exceptional service, customized strategies, and seamless digital systems that help our clients scale their brands with ease. We take pride in every funnel, website, automation, video strategy, and app we build.
Because each of our services is custom-crafted and based on your specific business, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. Below is a breakdown of how our refund policy works across our service offerings to ensure full transparency before you book with us.
Custom Work Means Time Invested
We pour time, energy, and expertise into every project — from strategy to design, implementation, testing, and final delivery. Even in the early stages, we begin working behind the scenes on research, frameworks, and digital assets.
Because of this, refunds are not possible once a project enters production. However, we are committed to delivering what we promise and offer edits and revision rounds to ensure your satisfaction.
Service-Specific Refund Terms
1. Funnel & CRM System Setup
Includes: Landing pages, opt-in forms, email sequences, calendar automation, tagging systems, pipeline workflows.
Work begins immediately after onboarding, and refunds are not available once we begin.
Includes up to 2 revision rounds within scope.
You may cancel within 48 hours of payment if no onboarding or content has been started for a 50% partial refund.
2. Website Development
Includes: Full website builds or redesigns using GoHighLevel, WordPress, or Shopify.
All website projects are non-refundable once development or design has started.
Includes 2 structured revision rounds.
Domain or plugin purchases on your behalf are non-refundable.
3. Web & Mobile App Development
Includes: Client portals, internal dashboards, branded iOS/Android apps, and custom LMS platforms.
App development includes a discovery phase, UX mapping, and setup.
Because this work is custom and resource-intensive, refunds are not offered once discovery is underway.
If canceled before discovery begins, a 25% partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. YouTube & Content Management
Includes: Channel setup, SEO, thumbnails, Shorts editing, content scheduling, and publishing.
This is a recurring service, and once a billing cycle begins, it is non-refundable.
You may cancel your next cycle with 7 days’ written notice.
No refunds for unused or delayed deliverables unless due to our fault.
5. Ads Management (Meta, Google, YouTube)
Includes: Campaign setup, copywriting, audience research, graphic/video creatives, and weekly optimization.
Ad management setup is a one-time fee and non-refundable after delivery begins.
Monthly ad management subscriptions are non-refundable once the cycle starts.
Cancellation for future months requires 7 days’ notice.
6. Google My Business (GMB) Optimization
Includes: Initial setup, profile optimization, review response strategies, and local content updates.
Monthly GMB services are billed in advance and non-refundable after work starts.
Cancellation must be requested 7 days prior to your next billing date.
7. Strategy Sessions, Consults & VIP Days
Includes: Funnel strategy, business automation audits, content planning, and 1:1 consultation.
Sessions are non-refundable once booked.
You may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are considered completed sessions.
If You’re Not Satisfied
We don’t promise perfection — we promise commitment.
If you’re not happy with something, we’ll do our best to fix it. This includes adjustments within scope, feedback-based improvements, and making sure deliverables meet agreed expectations.
We do not offer refunds based on subjective preferences outside the approved scope or after revision rounds have been completed.
Failed Payments or Payment Disputes
If your payment fails or is declined, we’ll notify you to retry or update your information.
If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, you forfeit all rights to refunds, revisions, and future services. We take disputes seriously and reserve the right to take appropriate legal or service-related actions.
